This Position reports to:
Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor-Tractio
You are responsible for moving, storing, and managing materials within a warehouse or production environment, ensuring efficient inventory management and logistics support.
The work model for the role is onsite.
You will be mainly accountable for:Material Movement: Load, unload, and transport materials and products within the warehouse or production area.Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by identifying, labeling, and tracking materials and supplies. Conduct regular inventory updates for Material request log in SAP, and report shortages.Order Fulfillment: Pull orders from inventory, prepare materials for production, and ensure that all outgoing products match purchase orders.Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move materials safely and efficiently.Documentation: Record material handling data, including units delivered and locations of materials, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.Cleanliness and Safety: Keep work areas, loading docks, and machinery clean and organized to promote a safe working environment.
Qualifications for the role HS diploma or GED equivalency6 months of related experienceForklift certification or ability to be forklift cretified Able to lift up to 50 lbs
