About the department
The Warehouse in Production Support LMT is essential for ensuring that usable goods are available when needed, while also maintaining the quality and integrity of stored materials. Its operations focus on three main areas: receiving, storage, and dispatch. Key functions include receiving raw materials, shipping final products, handling materials within the plant, controlling inventory, and managing both general and controlled waste. The team plays a crucial role in supporting Novo Nordisk’s production processes and ensuring efficient logistics within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
The position
As a Warehouse Operator, you will be an integral part of our supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products. Your key responsibilities will include:
Controlling materials receipt, in-house transportation, and shipment of products to the Iranian Affiliate.Performing material transfers between the warehouse and production, supporting production with timely material delivery and returns.Receiving products from production and preparing them for dispatch to distribution centers, ensuring all shipments meet defined lead times.Managing waste handling processes and ensuring proper control of waste materials.
Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Technical or Business Administration.Experience in drug and food manufacturing, ideally with international companies.Strong understanding of warehousing and logistics processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, team collaboration, and time management skills.Proficiency in Ms. Office tools, any warehousing systems; familiarity with import/export, customs management and inventory control and freight forwarding is a plus.
