Warehouse Operator
Our client is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Operator 1, you will be part of the warehouse team supporting the efficient processing and handling of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a flexible mindset which will align successfully with the organization. **Job Title:** Warehouse Operator **Location:** Lenexa, KS **Shift:** 2ND SHIFT: 6:45 pm - 7:15 am; 3 nights on then 4 nights the following week (work every night over 2 weeks) **Duration:** 12+ Months contract with Extension. **What's the Job?** + Process the receipt, put away, retrieval, shipping, and cycle counting of all raw and finished materials. + Maintain daily housekeeping and warehouse maintenance. + Assist with special projects as assigned by the Lead and Logistics Manager. + Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals. + Adapt to changing priorities and urgent requirements as needed. **What's Needed?** + High School diploma or equivalent. + 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment preferred. + Ability to lift up to 70 pounds regularly and 50 pounds, 60 times in a 12-hour shift. + Basic understanding of ISO, GMP, OSHA, DOT, and IATA regulations. + Ability to obtain a forklift operator certification. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. + Gain valuable experience in warehouse operations. + Work with a team that values collaboration and flexibility. + Access to training and development opportunities. + Participate in a culture that encourages continuous improvement.
