At GXO Logistics, we are looking for a Senior Warehouse Operative to join our team at the Virgin Media site in Glenrothes. This is a dynamic role that blends warehouse duties, customer interaction, and driving responsibilities.

This opportunity is offered on a full time, permanent contract where you will be working on Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

Ensuring Health & Safety standards are followed at all times Managing and prioritising a busy workload Reporting any issues to the operational management team Using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other computer-based tools Carrying out van driving duties as part of daily operations

 

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

Excellent customer service skills – friendly, professional, and solution-focused Solid understanding of warehouse operations Comfortable using computers – ideally with WMS experience Flexible and adaptable to changing tasks and schedules A Category B driving licence is essential
