Job Description:

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for warehouse coordination, making sure all shipments and schedules stay on track. You will handle daily administrative tasks and use your communication skills to keep the office and warehouse working together smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor inbound receiving and outbound fulfillment activitiesTrack inbound shipment processing and confirm inventory is assigned to correct bin locations. Monitor Shopify order flow, shipping priorities, and daily cutoff timesVerify packing lists, shipping documentation, and order accuracy reports Maintain inventory records, bin location documentation, and warehouse logs  Serve as an administrative point of contact for warehouse operations Maintain SOPs, checklists, and compliance documentation
