Elevate Your Career at Iron Mountain

As an ALM Operations Lead, you'll be at the helm of the action, overseeing a variety of tasks including unloading/loading trucks, handling pallets and equipment, organizing inventory, fulfilling orders, and more. Join us in this dynamic role where you'll be instrumental in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently!

Position Overview:

Hourly role: $21/hr1st shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday through FridayLocation: 2501 N. Job Responsibilities:

Provides leadership and mentorship for one or more Warehouse Technician 1,2 or 3 and or Senior Warehouse Technicians

Partner with Operations Manager to provide counseling and corrective action to employees

Possess and apply a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of PLWTO and other approved systems

Safely operate all tools needed in performing tasks at hand

Testing, Diagnosing, Troubleshooting and Repairing electronic hardware

Inventory Management of equipment

Quality Control of equipment

Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Demonstrates leadership abilities and desire to grow with the organization

High School or equivalent, degree

Comprehensive knowledge of internet, data entry and computer related equipment

Strong organization skills and attention to detail

Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

Manual dexterity required for operating tools and equipment

Must be able to train in Austell, GA and travel

Iron Mountain’s Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) business is responsible for the deployment, management, and ultimate decommissioning and disposition of technology assets. These include hard drives, servers, laptops, tablets, and network devices that contain customer or organizational data that needs utmost safeguarding when they reach their end of useful life.

In the process, ALM takes IT assets to sanitize, clean, and remove the data and recycle or repurpose in a sustainable and environmentally sound way.
