Join us in this dynamic role where you'll be instrumental in keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly and efficiently! **Position Overview:** + **Hourly role:** $21/hr + **1st shift:** 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday through Friday + **Location:** 2501 N. Great Southwest Parkway Grand Prairie, TX + Training provided - Must be able to train in Austell, GA for at least 3 weeks + Full Benefits that start on Day 1 + 2 Weeks Paid Vacation, 7 Holidays + Wellbeing Days + 401(k) with company match & Employee Stock Purchase Program + Tuition Reimbursement **Job Responsibilities:** + Provides leadership and mentorship for one or more Warehouse Technician 1,2 or 3 and or Senior Warehouse Technicians + Partner with Operations Manager to provide counseling and corrective action to employees + Possess and apply a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of PLWTO and other approved systems + Safely operate all tools needed in performing tasks at hand + Testing, Diagnosing, Troubleshooting and Repairing electronic hardware + Inventory Management of equipment + Quality Control of equipment **Requirements:** + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Demonstrates leadership abilities and desire to grow with the organization + High School or equivalent, degree + Comprehensive knowledge of internet, data entry and computer related equipment + Strong organization skills and attention to detail + Ability to lift up to 60 pounds + Manual dexterity required for operating tools and equipment + Must be able to train in Austell, GA and travel **Iron Mountain’s Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM)** business is responsible for the deployment, management, and ultimate decommissioning and disposition of technology assets.
