We are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Crick working on our Day shift of 0630-1500 Monday to Friday. We are paying an hourly rate of £12.45. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension and many other perks including training, upskilling and access to the XPO University.

 

What you’ll do on a typical day:

 Key Responsibilities: 

Outdoor Work: Operating in all weather conditions.  Wood Sortation: Sorting and handling wooden materials.  Manual Handling: Physically breaking down and banding pallets

 

Teamwork:

Collaborating with others to prepare pallets for return to the customer.

 

Environment: 

Fully outdoor-based, requiring resilience and adaptability to varying weather.  Hands-on, physical role with a focus on efficiency and safety.

 

What you need to succeed at XPO:

 

•             Valid and in date accredited Counterbalance licence (preferred)

•             Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
