Warehouse Materials Lead - 3rd Shift - $35.30 + $2.00/hr Shift Premium
Work Flexibility: Onsite

3rd Shift: Sunday - Friday 11pm-7am

What you will do:

Lead and instruct warehouse personnelCreate and maintain a proactive work environmentDirectly train warehouse personnelDepartment quality - stimulate maximum efficiency and productivity of warehouse personnelPre-plan work assignments for warehouse personnelCoordinate workload with other lead person and departments to improve efficiencyIssue disciplinary action as necessary to employeesPrepare and issue performance evaluations to employeesParticipate in evaluating potential new hires with warehouse managerNotify warehouse manager of any unusual problemsMaintain company policies, safety rules and keeps work area in a clean and orderly conditionAssist in evaluating the receiving function for maximum efficiencyAssist in evaluating the warehouse locations for maximum efficiencyMonitor warehouse bar-code system: check for errors to assure accuracy

 

What you need

Required:

High School or GEDMinimum 5 years warehouse experience

Preferred

Associates degreeExperience with Skyjacks, Electrical Hand-jacks, and other equipmentExperience with Warehouse Software and working with computer interfacing
