Our client, a leading manufacturer in the HVAC industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker 

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

Pay Range: $15-16.30

Shift: Various shifts avaiable 

What's the Job?

Perform assembly and brazing of piping in high-pressure units Construct units by using structural components and securing them properly Assemble refrigerant components for brazing processes Braze units in tight spots while maintaining line productivity targets Utilize manual and power tools to assemble units according to specifications

What's Needed?

Ability to read and follow work instructions accurately Follow directions from team leadership Understanding of refrigerant systems Knowledge of Bosch Production Systems (BPS) principles Experience with brazing copper and manufacturing processes
