The Logistics Manager / Senior Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s logistics and distribution network. The role involves planning, managing, and optimizing transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery operations to ensure seamless product movement across the supply chain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce or retail logistics, hands-on knowledge of 3PL management, and the ability to implement efficient, scalable, and cost-effective logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:Manage daily logistics and distribution operations including transportation, dispatch, and delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment centers to ensure smooth order processing.
Plan and execute cost-effective logistics strategies to reduce operational costs.
Liaise with internal teams (Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain Planning) for timely dispatches.
Handle vendor and 3PL partner relationships, contracts, and performance monitoring.
Analyze logistics performance metrics (TAT, delivery accuracy, vehicle utilization, cost per delivery).
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and government logistics regulations.
Identify areas for improvement and implement process optimization initiatives.
Experience & Qualifications:Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics Management.
6–12 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce companies.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management, transportation planning, and 3PL operations.
Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication, team leadership, and problem-solving skills.
