Job Description
The Warehouse Manager position involves managing inventory, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and optimizing efficiency in the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products. This role requires an individual to have a strong background in warehouse management with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety, ERP/WMS experience, and inventory quality. This role will be creating and implementing safety practices for forklift training, warehouse procedures, working directly with vendors, monitoring budgets, and assisting management with operational strategies.
ResponsibilitiesManage inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Optimize efficiency in storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products.Create and implement safety practices for forklift training and warehouse procedures.Work directly with vendors to maintain effective partnerships.Monitor budget and assist management with operational strategies.Essential SkillsExperience in warehouse management, particularly in the pharmaceutical industry.Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems, especially from the implementation stage.Strong background in inventory management and warehouse management systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust be bilingual in Spanish with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a warehouse or distribution manager.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience with developing quality, inventory, and facility management SOPs.Possesses 'Train the Trainer' certification or other relevant continuous improvement training certifications.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment includes a standard shift from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
