About this RoleMercer Technical Services (MTS), a Quanta Services company, is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations supporting infrastructure logistics and material management activities. This role is responsible for inventory control, warehouse personnel leadership, operational efficiency, and material coordination to support active projects and field operations.
The Warehouse Manager will ensure materials, tools, and equipment are properly received, tracked, stored, and distributed while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. MTS supports specialized logistics, warehousing, and transportation for energy and infrastructure contractors across North America.
What You'll Do Lead daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory control, material staging, shipping, and storage activitiesSupervise warehouse personnel and coordinate workloads to support operational and project needsMaintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control best practicesCoordinate with logistics, operations, and field teams regarding material availability and project support requirementsMonitor warehouse safety, housekeeping, and OSHA compliance standardsSupport procurement, material forecasting, and equipment tracking processesDevelop and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and accuracyPrepare operational reports and inventory updates for management What You'll Bring High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience with leadership responsibilityExperience supporting industrial, infrastructure, construction, or logistics operations preferredStrong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handlingProficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory management systemsStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentForklift certification or material handling equipment experience preferred What You'll GetAs a Quanta Services employee, we offer a wide range of benefits to fit your needs.
