Partner with the bestAs a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee end‑to‑end warehouse operations to support production schedules and customer commitments. You will lead and develop the warehouse team, ensure inventory accuracy, enforce safety standards, and drive continuous improvement across people, processes, and systems.
As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for:Leading daily warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing, shipping, and material stagingEnsuring accurate inventory through cycle counts, discrepancy root‑cause analysis, and corrective actionsCoordinating timely material flow to manufacturing lines to support production schedules and prevent shortagesManaging, developing, and engaging warehouse personnel through training, scheduling, and performance managementEnforcing health, safety, and compliance standards while maintaining equipment and safe working practicesDriving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise layout, workflow, and productivity while reducing wasteManaging ERP/WMS transactions, documentation, and audit‑ready records for warehouse operationsCoordinating inbound and outbound logistics, working with carriers to resolve delivery and shipment issuesFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have relevant experience managing warehouse or manufacturing operations in a fast‑paced environmentHave strong leadership and team‑management capabilityHave proven experience with ERP systems and inventory control processesHave knowledge of lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence principlesHave a solid understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirementsHave strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational decisionsHave clear written and verbal communication skills and a problem‑solving mindsetHave forklift certification or the ability to obtain itWork in a way that works for youThis role follows a structured on‑site working pattern of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:00 and Friday 07:30–13:00, supporting effective collaboration and operational delivery.
