Description Robert Half is working with a respected client in the Greater Burlington area seeking a Warehouse Manager to join its team. This is a permanent role, overseeing a team of around 6-8 Warehouse Associates, in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. This particular Warehouse Manager role involves overseeing the receiving, picking, packing and shipping of a large quantity of product, so someone familiar with a high quantity of SKU's in their prior work experience is important. The selected candidate must also have a track record for process improvement and an aptitude for effectively optimizing warehouse space and overall operations. The selected candidate should have at least 7 years of experience, with staff management experience too. Working knowledge of OSHA standards is required. Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards is preferred. For the right experience our client is offering a base salary around $100K + competitive bonus. The benefits package is competitive too.
