Job Description Insight Global is searching for a Sr. Warehouse Manager in Lakewood, WA. This role oversees end-to-end warehouse operations while driving major process improvements, cost reduction initiatives, efficiency gains, and throughput expansion. Beyond daily oversight, this leader sets long-term operational direction, mentors existing managers, and ensures the facility operates safely, efficiently, and in alignment with broader organizational goals. Key Responsibilities • Lead overall warehouse strategy with a focus on improving efficiency, increasing shipment capacity, reducing cost, and optimizing workflow across all departments. • Identify, develop, and execute largescale operational improvement projects (Lean, automation, process redesign, space optimization). • Analyze operational data to forecast labor needs, improve productivity, and influence budgetary planning. • Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and temporary workers. • Manage daily operations including order selection, pulling, loading, shipping, returns, and transfers. • Prioritize and process orders based on ERP system data and customer requirements. • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reconciliation. • Collaborate with Executive, Production, Receiving, Customer Service, and Shipping teams. • Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. • Develop and implement SOPs and utilize warehouse management systems effectively We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred). • 7+ years of warehouse or distribution management experience, including multiteam leadership. • Proven track record leading operational improvement projects and scaling warehouse performance. • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. • Proficiency with ERP and WMS platforms; experience evaluating or implementing system enhancements preferred. • Knowledge of OSHA and relevant regulatory requirements. • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.). • Speaking Russian, Ukrainian, and/or Spanish is a plus.
