About the role.

As the Warehouse Manager, you are responsible for all people and processes related to the raw ingredient, finished product, and packaging storage and facilities for the Appleton, WI location. This role also ensures all standards and requirements are met by the department and department employees for DOT compliance, safety audits, quality audits, process improvement initiatives, and employee training. Must be local to Appleton, WI - no relocation offered. Your day-to-day may consist of:

Collaborating with vendors and other department leaders such as production, safety, HR, maintenance, etc. to coordinate needs and/or conflicts.What you’ll need to be successful.

Experience working with Power BI and SAP is beneficial. Ability to adapt to new equipment and processes with a willingness to step in to get the job done.Ability to utilize various technology systems and devices.Ability to manage various people-situations including interpersonal conflict, emotional distress, and team member and/or vendor frustration with a solution-based approach.
