We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Warehouse Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders and assisting in a warehouse and fulfillment environment.
 
Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Pay Rate: Starting pay $29.00/hr. (Increases depending on shift)
Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Job Duties:

Provides day-to-day assistance in tracking and managing issues that arise from the warehouse Ensures all issues are logged accurately, updates status as actions are taken, and maintains clear documentation for leadership visibility. Support the war room lead by monitoring resolution progress, coordinating with warehouse staff and functional teams, and preparing routine reports and dashboards. Keeping information current and ensuring timely follow-up on operational challenges Comply with company policies and legal guidelines  Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilitiesRequirements Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently High School Diploma or Equivalent  1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse sitting Technologically literate, with the ability to use a computer and RF scanner Ability to train new employees on company procedures and job duties Ability to perform repetitive, precise movements (push, pull, lift) Lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs with assistance; 25–50 lbs unassisted Ability to stand in one area for extended periods of time Ability to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, and reach frequentlyShift: Multiple shifts available (1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th) 1st shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Thursday 2nd shift: 5:00pm - 3:30am Monday-Thursday 4th shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm Friday-Sunday 5th shift: 5:00pm - 5:30am Friday-Sunday
