Johnson Service Group is looking for an experienced warehouse manager for one of our clients in Sterling, VA. Responsible for performing warehouse duties, managing inventory accuracy, and overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations. Supports incoming/outgoing shipments, RMAs, and ensures a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse. Trains and leads warehouse staff, collaborates with project teams, and maintains compliance with all procedures.
Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, priorities, and work assignments for warehouse staff and temporary employees.

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and ERP tracking.

Receive, inspect, store, and document incoming shipments; prepare and process outbound shipments.

Process RMAs and coordinate with Project, Inventory, and Purchasing teams.

Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and proper equipment operation.

Train and mentor warehouse team members.

Deliver materials to job sites and between company facilities as needed.

Qualifications:

5+ years warehouse experience; people management experience preferred.

Forklift experience/training preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/Inventory systems experience a plus.

Knowledge of USPS, UPS, and FedEx regulations.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Ability to lift 40+ lbs, work in varied environments, and perform physical tasks.

Pay rate starting at $30/hr. contract to hire
