Warehouse Manager
Job Description The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. This role ensures operational excellence across all warehousing activities by leading a team, optimizing workflow, and driving performance aligned with company objectives. The Warehouse Manager will implement best practices in logistics, inventory control, and quality assurance while supporting a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate, timely, and safe handling of goods. This position requires a hands-on leader with excellent organizational and people management skills, who can coach and develop a high-performing warehouse team while promoting a safe, clean, and productive work environment. This role will pay anywhere from $27/hr to $31/hr depending on experience. Skills and Requirements • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role. • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). • Knowledge of warehouse software systems and basic inventory control procedures. • Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; ERP or WMS experience highly preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to effectively lead a team and make sound decisions under pressure. • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities. • Hands-on, can-do attitude with a commitment to high standards. • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, or Business preferred. n/a
