**Job Title: Warehouse Manager** Job Description The Warehouse Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing all warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives. This role ensures that all products are free from damage, and that the quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of orders correspond to customer specifications or other requirements. Responsibilities + Coordinate and assist in unloading stock and prepare/process vendor returns. + Run quarterly inventory checks to ensure accuracy. + Oversee the scheduling and management of employees at the site. + Ensure shipments are accurate and meet quality standards. + Maintain safety, sanitation, and security within the warehouse. + Ensure that all equipment on site is properly maintained. Essential Skills + Proficiency in logistics and warehouse management. + Experience with warehouse inventory processes. + High school diploma and a minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience. + Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents involving numbers, math, and English. + Understanding of basic math concepts such as percentages, ratios, and fractions. + Basic computer skills including web browsers and Microsoft Office tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to be a self-starter and strong problem solver. + Adherence to safety rules and regulations. Why Work Here? Physical requirements include sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, stooping, crouching, crawling, reaching with hands and arms, and dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and other devices. Occasionally, climbing or balancing is required, along with specific vision abilities including close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
