✅WHAT YOU'LL DO

\n

\n\nworking with a diverse team to support their rehabilitation.\nResponsibility for day to day activities within Workshop.\nResponsible for the accurate on-going stock control for Workshop.\nResponsible for the supervision, direction and development of workshop supervisors, Team Leaders and Order distributors.\n\n

\n\nLiaison with Booker and HMPS teams.\nLiaison with welfare groups and recommend items for the National Product list.\nWork in collaboration with other workshops to maximise efficiencies and best practice.\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nFlexibility with regards to shift and working rota\nUnderstand and comply with all relevant legislative and Company rules, agreements, policies and quality procedures. Ensure Company policies are communicated, applied and enforced\nManage the purchase, supply and distribution of catalogue items from high street retailers.\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nPrevious experience leading, managing or supervising a team\nIT literate to enable accurate and timely reporting\nHave a can-do attitude, right first time and passionate approach\nEnhanced security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this role\n\n
