The Warehouse Manager will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in setting up warehouse systems from scratch and maintaining seamless support for an adjacent Assembly production floor. Responsibilities: + Design and implement warehouse processes from the ground up, including layout optimization, storage solutions, and workflow procedures for a project-based environment with constantly rotating inventory + Coordinate picking and kitting operations to ensure timely delivery of components to the Assembly production floor, maintaining line readiness and minimizing downtime + Manage inventory rotation for short-term project cycles, ensuring accurate tracking and real-time adjustments to meet dynamic production demands + Supervise manual warehouse operations in a non-automated environment, emphasizing precision in material handling and organization + Collaborate with Assembly teams to forecast part requirements, prioritize kitting schedules, and resolve supply chain bottlenecks + Develop project-specific inventory protocols for unique components, ensuring traceability and efficient reuse across multiple installations + Implement safety and compliance measures tailored to high-turnover inventory and manual handling processes Perks: + Weekly pay starting at $35 - $38 per hour.
