**Job Description** BAE Systems is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to lead our warehouse operations team at our Elgin, OK site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipping and receiving, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to the production line. Collaborating closely with production, quality, and other stakeholders, you will drive a culture of safety, accuracy, and efficiency within the warehouse. Your team will be responsible for handling a wide range of materials, including tracked combat vehicles and hazardous materials, requiring meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
