We are currently looking for Warehouse Logistics Technicians with previous demonstrations of leadership and administrative skills to join our dynamic project team working at our 1.4 million square foot warehouse, distribution, and customer fulfillment center in Wilmer, TX.

What will you do?
Warehouse Logistics Technicians (known internally at P&G as “Pilots”) are hired as members of a work team. Pilot work teams are responsible for keeping the operation flowing, for meeting performance goals and for maintaining the high level of quality that consumers expect from our products.
The candidates selected for these positions will be the on-shift logistics resource responsible for efficiently managing the inbound and outbound truck check-in processes, while also overseeing the smooth flow of materials throughout the facility. This role requires a strong foundation in technical skills, encompassing proficiency in systems like PrIME, SAP, and other digital tools.
Our Pilots develop and demonstrate skills in the Transportation, Allocation & Inventory, including troubleshooting, controlling processes from a computer, and maintaining accurate records and data. From the beginning, you will be getting involved, impacting situations, and influencing business-related problems. We hire you at entry level and you will advance by demonstrating growing levels of various skills.

Surface: Concrete, gravel, asphalt (uneven surfaces), and equipment.Twist bend at the knees, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, and reach.The ability to meet the requirements of safe operation and personal safety, including wearing hearing protection, eye protection, and foot protection, and the ability to respond appropriately to various visual and audible alarms and signals for equipment startup, evacuation, fire, etc.Operate a computer keyboard to input and access data, and phone as well as scanners and electronic interfaces.The ability to enter and work in enclosed areas.The ability to work in extreme temperatures both hot and cold, generally in warehouse conditions including wide variances in temperature, dust and dirt.Work Schedule:
Work schedule depends on the role and could include some combination of days, nights, or rotational schedules to support the business. Most work schedules are 12-hour shifts and include additional Shift Differential Pay to compensate for the extended shifts. Any changes to the work schedules will be communicated with advanced notice.Travel may be required for this role.Work Schedule options include:
