The primary focus of Warehouse Logistics Analyst role is supporting Logistics which may include one or more of the following: facilitates product shipping, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, forecasting, and/or customer service.
Independence Level/Reports to: Under moderate supervision, variety of work is routine, not typically complex, and follows standard procedures, reports to Wave Planning Lead.
This role is responsible for planning out the work to be completed each shift by viewing upcoming shipments and compiling shipment orders from the Transportation Planning team into work groups for the order selectors to pick. Each wave planner will own a grouping of sites and be responsible for monitoring and releasing waves for those sites, keeping in constant communication with the sites, which is critical for the success of the role.

What You Will Do:
Review upcoming work Set work into obtainable work groups, re-prioritize when necessary Assign and monitor the work of various warehouse personnel Complete the waves in warehouse management system Release orders based on pick-up time/date, order size, type, and complexity Update the wave and loading dashboards Ensure clear communication to picking and replenishment teams to ensure that operators understand which queue they are to be working in Ensure loads are completed by pick-up time and reprioritize work to facilitate daily on-time shipments Ensure a balance of work between work queues Collaborate with logistics leads, supervisorsOther duties as required and assignedPosition Details:
