**Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Technician in our newly expanded warehouse equipped with cutting-edge glass cutting and tempering machinery. We are seeking quality team members for our loading and warehouse department on the 2nd shift, offering opportunities to work in a niche industry while maintaining a strong work-life balance. **Responsibilities** + Assist in the glass production process, including cutting and tempering operations. + Operate machines and read order tickets for precise glass measurements. + Load glass into machines and oversee the cutting process. + Handle shipping and receiving tasks within the warehouse department. + Unload glass from semi-trucks and store it in large vertical contraptions. + Prepare glass for the IG line using an overhead crane. + Load finished glass products onto semi-trucks for shipment. + Manually move windows between vertical and horizontal positions for shipping. + Handle units up to 75 lbs and perform two-person lifts for heavier items. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and production assembly. + Proficiency in measuring skills, including using tape measures and tempering tools. + Ability to consistently lift glass and handle heavy lifting tasks. + Manufacturing or production experience is required. + Mechanical aptitude, such as experience working on cars or disassembling equipment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Forklift experience is advantageous but not mandatory. + Overhead crane experience is beneficial, with training provided. + General labor experience, particularly in handling glass panels, is preferred. + Production experience is a plus, aiding in understanding manufacturing processes. + Candidates should have a stable job tenure of one year or more. **Why Work Here?** Experience a clean and well-maintained warehouse environment in a unique industry not tied to agriculture.
