Overview

The Lead Fullfillment Associate is responsible for providing guidance and participates in warehouse operations. This position will train, provide work direction, and responsible for one or more of the following job duties: receiving, stocking, and loading.

Primary Responsibilities Receive and check-in merchandise from in-bound shipments compare to purchase orders or other documentsFill case and bottle orders for productsTrain and provide work direction for othersLoad delivery trucks and other outbound shipments of billed ordersMaintain and prepare records, as requiredOperate warehouse equipment and arrange for maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment as neededRestock daily bottle and case inventory soldMeet schedules and timelinesParticipate in inventory counts as directedUnderstand the safety rules and requirements in the workplaceAttend safety meetings and take all safety classes, as neededEnsure warehouse equipment service needs, safety needs, and other safety issues are reported promptlyResponsible for filling out equipment report before usageResponsible for meeting operational efficiency goalsPerform other related duties as assignedAdditional Primary Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications 1 year of experience Forklift certified in accordance with OSHA regulations Knowledge of modern warehousing practices and methods Physical Demands Physical demands include occasionally sitting and typing/keyboarding, using a computer (e.g., keyboard, mouse, and monitor), or adding a machine. Must be able to regularly sit and operate machinery such as a forklift Physical demands with activity or condition may regularly include walking, bending, reaching, standing, squatting, and/or stooping Must be able to frequently lift/lower, push, carry, or pull 56 lbs.
