Job Responsibilities:
Provides leadership and mentorship for one or more Warehouse Technician 1,2 or 3 and or Senior Warehouse Technicians
Complete annual reviews for employees in their org with input from Senior Warehouse Technicians
Partner with Operations Manager to provide counseling and corrective action to employees
Possess and apply a comprehensive working knowledge and understanding of WITS as well as Tera-Ware
Safely operate all tools needed in performing tasks at hand
Requirements:
Demonstrates leadership abilities and desire to grow with the organization
High School or equivalent, degree
Performed Senior Warehouse Technician position or outside equivalent
Comprehensive knowledge of internet, data entry and computer related equipment
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Manual dexterity required for operating tools and equipment
