VOLT is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Lead in Goleta, CA.

As a Warehouse Lead you will:

Perform all daily Fulfillment Workbench functions within Epicor. Support and help manage cycle count and inventory reconciliation processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety procedures, and OSHA regulations. Collaborate with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes. Utilize ERP data to drive decision making and optimize daily shipping operations. Manage multiple priorities in a warehouse environment. Help organize domestic and international shipments and all necessary paperwork using Epicor and basic Microsoft Office software. Follow, update ISO 9001 procedures in accordance with ISO 9001 quality management system. Safely operate forklifts (if certified), pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Maintain and organize warehouse facilities. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Full Time 1st Shift Opportunity | Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30PM plus OT as needed.

Pay Rate: $23.00/hr.

The ideal candidate will have:

Two to three years’ warehouse experience, with supervisory and work planning experience. Strong computer skills, including ERP and standard Microsoft business software. Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to read and interpret general business forms, shipping/work order documents, and sales order report. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task. Ability to accurately count inventory manually and weight count products using a digital scale. Forklift certification is desired. Detail Oriented.
