**Warehouse Lead** _As a Warehouse Lead here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the warehouse operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, storing, and shipping of products, ensuring efficient inventory management and timely order fulfillment. With your strong leadership skills and attention to detail, you will ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out safely and efficiently. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive process improvements will contribute to the success of our warehouse operations._ _You will report directly to our Sr Field Service Supervisor, and you will work out of our Orillia, Ontario location._ _In this role, you will impact the efficiency and productivity of our warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and a safe working environment._ **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Oversee the receiving, storing, and shipping of products in the warehouse. + Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and audits. + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and fulfill customer orders. + Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures in the warehouse. + Train and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance and productivity. + Identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations. **YOU MUST HAVE** + 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or a related role. + Proficiency in warehouse management systems and inventory control. + Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. + A valid forklift certificate and experience operating weight minimum 5000lbs + Valid G Driver’s License **WE VALUE** + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. + Experience in implementing process improvements in warehouse operations. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
