Job Description Perform janitorial duties across warehouse areas including restrooms, breakrooms, aisles, docks, and offices Sweep, mop, scrub, remove debris, and maintain cleanliness around high‑traffic warehouse zones Clean spills immediately and uphold safety standards across all work areas Remove trash and recyclables; break down boxes and maintain waste stations Clean cooler/freezer areas as required (PPE provided) Operate industrial cleaning machines when needed (training provided) Conduct sanitation tasks to maintain food‑safe conditions Assist warehouse leadership with any additional facility cleanliness needs We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Previous experience in janitorial/custodial or industrial cleaning Ability to work in active warehouse environments around heavy equipment Comfortable working in ambient, cooler, and freezer areas (PPE provided) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle repetitive physical tasks Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning SOPs Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Ability to work full shift Sunday–Thursday, 3pm–11:30pm
