Principal Accountabilities

Support the production and maintenance teams by overseeing the day to day activities of the warehouse including unloading deliveries, checking in and verifying material, checking out material, and maintaining accurate inventoryMaintain warehouse material catalogs by assigning material part numbers and appropriate storage locations for data accuracyCommunicate with vendors to manage non-inventory stock material and free issue partsInteract with production, operators, maintenance, Business Unit MRO Stores team, and other facility personnel on a regular basisConduct regular inventory and tool audits to provide solutions and support for solving discrepanciesMaintain tools and equipment stored within the warehouse including calibration and service intervalsAssemble kits for work order and maintain kitted work area by audits and disassembly of aging kitsManage 3rd party warehouse inventoryAttend various safety and department meetingsFacilitate the Storeroom Excellence objectives to drive inventory reduction, excess reduction, 5S, Environmental control, Security, sound process adherence and education, etcUnderstand and adhere to all safety policies and proceduresOther duties as assigned

Required  Qualifications

Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)High School diploma or EquivalentBasic computer skillsAbility to perform physical job duties which may include kneeling, bending, twisting, lifting up to 50lbs, stooping and climbing ladders, open/close valves, shoveling, pounding with hammerAbility to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)At least 1 year of experience in inventory controlAbility to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice


Preferred Qualifications

Able to operate forkliftExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as SAPExperience with Maintenance job kitting
