We're now looking for a First Line Manager to plan, coordinate, manage and report upon the work activities of a team of Warehouse Colleagues. In this role, you will be providing effective leadership, both team and individual motivation, and ensuring all colleagues have the necessary training to carry out their role and development plans to work on throughout the year.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nManaging a safe operation and role modelling a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards\nAct as the secondary point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement.\nManagement of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments to both customers & our own internal processes.\nRoutine safety walks\nDemonstrate an active leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in your area of responsibility\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

\n\nMinimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse operations\nDemonstrated success in team leadership and management\nStrong ability to lead and adapt through change processes\nBalanced approach focused on achieving results while maintaining respect and collaboration\nSkilled in conflict resolution and problem-solving\n\n
