**Warehouse Floor Coordinator**
**Location:** Elizabethtown, PA
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
**Employment Type:** Full-Time
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented **Warehouse Floor Coordinator** to support daily warehouse operations. This is a hands-on, physically active role focused on inventory accuracy, product presentation, and teamwork. The ideal candidate can work independently, follow direction, and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining safety and organization standards.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Lift, turn, and stand for the entire shift without physical limitations
+ Lift up to **50 lbs without assistance**
+ Operate a **small forklift** to unload palletized shipments (training provided; willingness required)
+ Receive, inspect, and check in all incoming shipments
+ Accurately complete damage reports for shipment discrepancies or damages
+ Maintain **high accuracy** in inventory counts and tracking
+ Use handheld inventory systems and computer software to maintain records
+ Restock products, face-front, and refresh merchandise throughout the warehouse floor
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly warehouse environment
+ Communicate clearly with management and team members; report issues promptly
+ Anticipate next tasks and manage time efficiently
+ Follow daily task lists, read emails, and report completed tasks to management
+ Work independently with minimal supervision
+ Assist with customer checkout by running the register when requested
+ Maintain professional appearance suitable for direct customer interaction
+ Clean bathrooms on a rotating schedule shared with staff
**Workplace Expectations & Requirements**
+ Must be fit and ready for duty daily
+ Must be available to work **full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM**
+ **No open-toed shoes** (safety requirement)
+ Personal cell phone use is not permitted during working hours
+ Ability to follow direction, work at a fast pace, and meet productivity expectations
+ Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
+ Comfortable asking questions and communicating needs or concerns
**Preferred Skills**
+ Prior warehouse or inventory experience
+ Forklift experience (not required, but a plus)
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Basic computer skills and comfort using digital inventory tools
