This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters.

Principal Accountabilities:

Performing warehouse operations such as loading/unloading trucks, lifting box, stacking boxes, handling product, palletizing & scanning labels into inventory, etc.Interacting regularly with peers and managementOperating forklifts and rideable pallet jacksUnderstanding and adhering to all food safety policies, safety policies and proceduresMaintaining a safe and clean work environmentOther duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderAbility to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 80lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodationBasic computer skillsPrevious Stand up Forklift experienceAbility to work indoors in a cold environment throughout the shift to fulfill orders, with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in warehouse or production environmentPrevious experience in cold or refrigerator environment
