Otis is growing and is looking for a **Warehouse Executive** located in Klang Valley. Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units. **Job Description:** + Overseeing inventory (Receiving). - Checking parts received. - Placing received part to respective bins. - Raising GRN (Goods Receipt Note). + Implementing store policies and guidelines. + Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency (Housekeeping). + Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Warehouse Manager for restocking. + Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards. + Handle supplier / sub-contractor inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution. + To monitor , record & feedback updates on outgoing shipment status with transporter for Klang Valley and Nationwide delivery. **Requirements:** + Able to use Forklift / Lift Truck. If not, training will be provided. + Maintaining accurate records. + Good Communication and interpersonal abilities. + Fast Learner and willing to learn. + Must be PC savvy, Microsoft word & excel knowledge is a must.
