Volt is immediately hiring for Warehouse - Director of Operations in Thousand Oaks, Ca.

This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Flexible start and OT offered)

Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 annually

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse management. Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills Understanding of warehouse infrastructure, systems, and applications Data analysis and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Strategic planning capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM tools, ERP systems, SaaS applications, AI initiatives, and Security tools

As a Warehouse - Director of Operations you will:

Provide strategic leadership for all warehouse operations Oversee daily warehouse operations Ensure efficiency and alignment with organizational goals Maintain communication with senior management on performance and needs Focus on planning, budgeting, performance metrics, and staff coaching Ensure efficient and cost-effective inventory management and order fulfillment Conduct performance reviews and coach warehouse staff Recruit, hire, train, and supervise personnel Foster a collaborative work environment Manage warehouse budgets and equipment maintenance Forecast expenses and implement cost-saving measures Identify and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and safety standards Contribute to long-term operational strategies
