Job Description

The Cycle Counter position is responsible for the monitoring of the inventory accuracy within a warehouse environment.  Accuracy is maintained and improved by completing daily cycle counts and preforming root cause analysis of inventory deviations. 

Daily tasks:

Cycle count inventory following stocktaking procedures.Understand and comply with Bosch stocktaking directives. Conduct root cause analysis for inventory deviations. Communicate to warehouse personnel and finance department findings of material counts. Maybe required to cross-train on other functions within the team.Perform other essential and related duties as may be necessary. Operation of industrial equipment, including order picker and forklift on occasion. 

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED from a accredited institution. +1 years of warehouse experience. +1 years of computer data entry experience. +1 years of forklift operation experience.Able to operate powered industrial trucks and other material handling equipment or have the ability to obtain qualification to do so. +1 years of cycle count experience.Microsoft office i.e. excel, outlook, MS teams, etc.

 Preferred  Qualifications:

Demonstrated high degree of accuracy when transcribing and entering of numerical information into SAP. Good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated good interpersonal and organizational skills.
