The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing tools, equipment, and other materials. This role supports efficiency by ensuring employees have the right tools and parts when needed, while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe, organized warehouse environment.
What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of tools, parts, and materialsOrganize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locationsPick, stage, and prepare materials and tools for jobsite delivery or pickupTrack and manage tool inventory, including check-in/check-out processesInspect tools and equipment for damage or wear; coordinate repairs or replacementsMaintain accurate inventory records using tracking systems or logsLoad and unload delivery trucks safely and efficientlyPerform deliveries to jobsites as neededAssist with cycle counts and periodic inventory auditsKeep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards What You'll BringQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred1+ years of warehouse, construction, or electrical supply experience required Basic knowledge of tools and materials is a plusValid driver’s licenseForklift experience or certification preferred, but not requiredSkills & Competencies
Strong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in inventory handlingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skills with field and office personnelBasic computer skills for inventory tracking systemsPhysical Requirements
