Otis Elevator Company is searching for a highly motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team.

Essential Responsibilities

Supervise freight deliveries and schedule daily truck driver deliveries

Manage warehouse products including, but not limited to, parts related to hoisting and rigging

Handle the communication and relationships with multiple vendors

Oversee the use of multiple fleet vehicle delivery platforms

Supervise the ARI local fleet of company vehicles

Manage the storing of inventory and its distribution

Communicate effectively with service operations managers, open order/repair managers and service managers

Assist with various invoice management for the local branch

Handle ordering of various parts as requested by local branch

Education / Certifications

High school degree or equivalent required

Forklift certification required

Basic Qualifications

Prior experience in warehouse management / Logistics, preferred

Must have a valid driver’s license

Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
