A family owned company committed to innovation and quality is currently seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for a full time temporary to permanent position in Mansfield, MA

Responsibilities of Warehouse Coordinator:
-Maintain shipping, inventory, returns, and receipts records
-Track and update warehouse activities utilizing various software tools such as excel
-Coordinate inbound and outbound freight schedules
-Contact outside vendors and carriers as well as internal teams to coordinate shipping activities
-Check inventory counts against documentation and system data to ensure accuracy
-Provide other administrative support to warehouse operations team

Requirements of Warehouse Coordinator
-Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
-Previous warehouse distribution experience required
-Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems
-Great attention to detail and organizational skills
-Able to work independently or in a team setting
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Hours: 7:00am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00/hr
