Essential Functions
Maintain client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and support programs to increase customer satisfactionSupport compliance with Jones Lang LaSalle minimum audit and compliance standards in facility management, financial management and operational policies and proceduresMeet or exceed site Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)Comply with all Company policies and training requirements regarding safe and efficient operations and work practicesPractice and monitor hazard control and team safety practicesEnsure compliance with local codes and regulations and Jones Lang LaSalle operations standardsDemonstrate strong collaboration and teamwork within the account team, by including participating in the development and implementation of IFM best practices and innovationsEnsure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency by supporting the warehouse manager with establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goalsKnowledge of commercial workstation systems (furniture) preferableExperience with warehouse operations and inventory managementConducts regular physical inventory counts of Fixed Assets. Recommend to management whether fixed assets should be disposed of. Investigate the potential obsolescence of Fixed Assets. Conduct periodic impairment reviews for Fixed Assets.Maintain an updated asset database, ensuring that physical inventory matches 100% with system data.Be an integral part of a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goalsExecute daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logisticsFollow established workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are metMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by identifying, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with legal regulationsAny and all other duties and tasks assignedJob Requirements
High School graduate or equivalentMinimum of three (3) years of industry experience desiredAbility to operate, or learn to operate warehouse material handling equipment to include forklifts, pallet jacks etc.Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.CDL License a plusStrong teamwork and relationship building skillsStrong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilityExcellent verbal/written communication and presentation skillsProven record of providing excellent internal and external customer serviceProficient in Microsoft products such as Office, Outlook, Excel, etc.Location:
