Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Coordinator in the thriving energy sector! This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in managing inventory and logistics operations, ensuring seamless shipping and receiving activities while working full-time in Carlsbad, New Mexico.

Role Overview

Gather and maintain all data and records related to shipping & receiving activities. Collaborate with local SMEs & Procurement for MRO ‘New Item’ stock creations in SAP. Provide exceptional customer service to operations, maintenance, and engineering stakeholders. Collect and ensure timely entry of all documentation for inbound/outbound freight into SAP. Schedule inbound and outbound freight to meet site needs, including repairs and urgent shipments. Be available on-call for urgent repairable spare parts as needed. Adhere to all Material Management processes and procedures. Assist in annual inventory and prepare the warehouse as necessary. Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness. Escalate safety or operational issues to the Supervisor as directed. Support the security and safety of the warehouse and workplace. Maintain a professional and positive attitude with customers and stakeholders. Perform additional duties as directed.

Skills & Qualifications

Warehouse Inventory Management: Proficient in managing inventory control processes. Warehouse Management: Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics. SAP Experience: Familiarity with SAP for inventory management and documentation. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for stakeholder engagement. Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain an organized and efficient warehouse environment. Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of addressing operational challenges effectively.

Education & Experience

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in warehousing or inventory control. Certification: Fork Truck / Fork Lift certification required. Knowledge: General knowledge of basic math, reading, accounting, and computers.
