Principal Accountabilities

This position is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations and accurate distribution of equipment and productsCommunicating effectively with supervisors, employees, leads, superintendents, and managersIssuing the correct quantity of equipment to designated departmentsReceiving and verifying incoming products and equipmentMaintaining accurate inventory records for all warehouse itemsOrganizing and maintaining the cleanliness of the warehouseDelivering equipment and supplies as neededEnsuring compliance with safety standards and maintaining a safe work environment

Required Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)18 years or olderAble to read, write, and speak EnglishBasic computer and communication skillsHave a flexible schedule, including working rotating weekendsAble to walk and stand for long periodsStrong record-keeping skillsCommitment to safety and clean work practices

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience at CargillBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Forklift experienceRecent work history (within the last 12 months)Experience in warehouse, inventory, or mechanical work
