10 hour days / 4 days a week Wednesday - Sunday

Job Responsibilities:
•  Oversees and coordinates the daily operations of inbound/outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate shipment/receipt of goods 
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and people.
• Update schedule and check in drivers when needed
• Assist with auditing outgoing orders  
• Research and respond to customer service requests

• Escalates issues timely and directly to supervisor
• Completes all other duties as assigned by Supervisor
• Have the ability to operate the following pieces of equipment
   • Reach Truck Operator
   • Double Pallet Jack
