Pay Rate: $20 per hour PLUS Shift: 12-hour day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) Opportunities for overtime Clean, organized, and safe work environment Direct hire opportunities Growth and development through continuous improvement (CI) activitiesWhat you'll be doing: Performing routine production tasks such as filling, packing, labeling, assembling, and inspecting Documenting and maintaining compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards Assisting with equipment changeovers, basic troubleshooting, and maintenance Conducting quality checks and accurately recording production data Entering data into SAP and MES systems Keeping machinery and workspaces clean and organized Ensuring smooth shift handoffs and working as a part of a teamWhat we're looking for: High school diploma or GED  Prior manufacturing experience in any field Punctuality, flexibility, and willingness to work overtime as needed Strong communication skills and basic math ability Ability to lift and follow directions under routine supervision Team-oriented and open to rotating tasks
