Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and prevent
discrepancies.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation for shipment and inventory adjustments.
Organize and store products in designated areas, ensuring efficient use of space.
Support temperature monitoring and reporting process.
Order Fulfillment & Customer Service
Pull order information from the order system and process shipping labels.
Accurately track shipments and reconcile in company systems.
Receive and review customer orders by phone, email, or electronic order system.
Enters orders into the warehouse management system accurately and promptly.
Verify order details, including product codes, quantities, delivery instructions, and processes
according to operating procedures.
Maintain record of all orders and ensure statuses in software are accurate.
Prepare reports on order processing metrics and performance as required.
Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer expectations.
Label and ensure proper packing of products to prevent damage during transit.
Identify or report any issues related to product quality or order accuracy.
Manages customer experience from questions to researching and resolving customer issues.
Warehouse Organization and Maintenance
Keep the warehouse clean and organized by sweeping floors, removing debris, and
arranging storage areas.
Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
Experience working with order management systems (QuickBooks preferred).

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures, including receiving, stocking, picking,
and packing.
Basic math skills for counting, sorting, and verifying inventory.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
Power jack certification or willingness to obtain certification preferred.
The working environment is indoors and seasonally heated and cooled with minimal noise
levels.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and overtime as needed.
