America Location : Job Family : Manufacturing Job Type : Regular Posted : Dec 15, 2025 Job ID : 61728 Back to Search Results Job Description Apply Now > Save JobJob Saved The WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - TEAM LEAD + Coach production teams, providing leadership, instruction, training and motivation where needed. + Manage the teams to produce quality parts to the production schedule as directed by customer and Parker requirements. + Instruct, train and enforce the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Also act as point person for all Lean, High Performance Team, 5S and Safety Programs. + Ensure that all employees know, understand and follow all necessary safety rules and safe operating procedures. This includes ensuring that employees are aware of and understand the precautions for hazardous materials as they relate to their job assignments. + Ensure all employees are receiving appropriate training and guidance to help them become fully qualified and continuously improve. + Maintain records as needed. + Work overtime as needed to meet customer demand. + Ability to prioritize and schedule resources, accordingly, including but not limited to understanding quantity and quality of process inventory. + Work with quality and/or management to correct and implement changes to processes. + Communicate directly with maintenance staff to resolve issues. + Start up or shut down plant. This includes turning on all needed equipment to run the plant. Shut down includes turning off equipment and securing the building to guard against theft or fire. + Other duties as required or assigned. + Must have demonstrated leadership abilities. + Must have the ability to effectively work with people in a team environment and at various levels of the organization. + Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead Teams towards a common goal. Monitor production levels of all employees and coach to higher performance. + Basic computer skills. + Previous Supervisory or Group Leader experience preferred. + Professional work ethic. + Ability to build and cultivate a team through positive communication. + Must possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
