Adecco is assisting a leading door lock company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, in hiring a **Warehouse Associate** to join their team. This role plays a key part in the logistics of a warehouse and follow all safety guidelines. This is a great temp to hire job opportunity with a Monday - Friday schedule. Pay: $23.00- $25.00 DOE 8:00 am- 4:30 pm / Monday- Friday **Duties & Responsibilities** + Receive, inspect, and process incoming warehouse shipments + Pick, pack, stage, and ship orders + Maintain inventory records (cycle counts, returns, damaged stock) + Answer customer service/product support queries via phone/email regarding products (specs, usage, maintenance) + Coordinate with shipping/receiving, quality control + Maintain cleanliness/organization in the warehouse + Possible use of warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) + Document issues (product damage, order errors, delays) + Assist with restocking, labeling, product assembly or pre?packing if needed **Required Qualifications & Skills** + High School diploma or equivalent; additional certification(s) a plus + Prior experience in a warehouse environment + Be OSHA certified to operate Forklift - Stand up (Raymond) + Strong customer service / communication skills + Ability to lift (50 lbs. safely, standing/walking a lot + Basic computer skills (order entry, inventory systems, email) Experience with Inventory software + Attention to detail + UPS, FedEx + Inventory experience Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
